THE MADISON
The Madison Rooftop is perhaps the most unique and iconic space . This multilevel outdoor space overlooks Comerica Park and provides picturesque views of Detroit’s historic downtown architecture and entertainment district. The 7,000 square foot rooftop has modern furnishings, a covered catering area, a full-service bar, a dance floor, and a wraparound balcony, making the rooftop of this 100+ year old building the perfect setting to tie the knot, celebrate a milestone or connect with colleagues.
707 EAST
The beautifully appointed grand ballroom at 707 East is the highlight of our newly designed 4,000 square foot banquet center. Reminiscent of an elegant country club, our warm and inviting décor boasts cherry stained woodwork, luxurious upholstered walls, granite bars and porcelain tile floors. Whether your next event is a wedding reception or business seminar, 707 East promises to provide the perfect backdrop for any occasion.
PACKARD PRVING GROUNDS
Established in 1928 by The Packard Motor Car Company, this unique wedding venue hosts multiple Albert Kahn-designed buildings on 17 acres. With 17 acres and multiple industrial buildings available, the possibilities for creating an exclusively-yours experience for your event are endless!
THE BEACON
This versatile space, featuring a built-in stage and customizable lighting system, easily transforms to accommodate a wide variety of events. Guests regularly utilize the space for corporate functions, parties, conferences, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and other gatherings. Guests at the Beacon are naturally drawn toward the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unparalleled views of the Detroit River, the Windsor skyline, and Spirit and Hart Plazas.
STATE SAVINGS BANK
With over 14,000 square feet of flexible floor space, this historic venue provides a stunning backdrop for both corporate and social events. The front section of the space can accommodate up to 130 guests for a seated event and up to 250 guests for a strolling reception. The back section of the space can accommodate up to 400 guests for a seated event and up to 600 guests for a strolling reception.
